Terms & Conditions	When submitting walks to this site you agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions : 1) COPYRIGHT The guides you provide are your own creation or you own the copyright (or the copyright has lapsed - e.g. greater than 50 years since publication) of all the material and permit it to be downloaded from this site for individuals to use for non-commercial use. You retain the copyright to the material and do not transfer this to other parties. 2) RIGHT TO WITHDRAW You have the right to withdraw a submitted walk after the first six month period by notifying us to do so. The process may take up to 5 days. We reserve the right to withdraw walks that you submit and you will be notified of the reason if this is necessary. 3) MODIFICATION we reserve the right to modify walks if necessary to fit into the appropriate style. We will notify you if this is necesary. 4) PAYMENT Royalty payments for use of your guides is calculated on a per download basis and is equal to 50% of the price paid by the customer (plus one pound per each 10 positive reviews received - excluding self posted reviews). We reserve the right to ammend the royalty percentage and will inform you of this if necessary. The payments will normally be made in arrears at six month intervals in British pounds, with a mininmum due payment of one pound, by check sent to your specified address or into your PayPal account. We reserve the right to introduce another method of payment if appropriate or specifically requested but in this case we are permitted to add a service charge.
